Milk Cup Sports is proud to present the First Annual Tillamook Lacrosse Tournament, hosted right here on the Oregon Coast. Games will be played rain, snow, sleet, sunshine — and yes, with a touch of Tillamook dairy-country aroma in the air.

What to Expect at the Tillamook Lacrosse Milk Cup

Two days of lacrosse on the Oregon Coast with full brackets, certified officials, and space for the whole community to get involved — from vendors to families cheering on from the sidelines.

How to Register Your Team

Complete the simple three-step registration process below to secure your team’s spot in the Milk Cup. Slots are limited and confirmed only once payment is received.

  1. Step 1 — Submit the Registration Form
    Provide your team information so we can place you in the correct division and keep you updated leading up to the event.

  2. Step 2 — Submit Payment
    Payment of $1,750 per team is required prior to the event to secure your slot.

    Payment processing will be coordinated directly with the Tournament Director once your registration form is received.

  3. Step 3 — Upload Required Documents
    Final confirmations and schedules will only be sent after all required documents are received.

    • Signed liability waiver (provided upon registration)

Rosters, Waivers & Eligibility

Once you register, you’ll receive a secure link to upload your forms. This keeps check-in quick and ensures everyone is ready to play.

Team & Player Documentation

  • Final team roster with jersey numbers and positions
  • Proof of player age and eligibility (league / school ID, birthdate, etc.)
  • Proof of coaching certifications if required by your program
  • Any additional league-specific compliance forms

We’ll provide clear instructions and deadlines in your confirmation email so you know exactly what to send and when.

Liability Waivers & Check-In

A digital Milk Cup liability waiver will be provided upon registration and must be signed prior to participation.

  • One signed waiver per player
  • Coaches confirm completion at check-in
  • On-site staff available for any last-minute questions
